The European Commission is Calling for research and innovation proposals under the Industrial Leadership - Nanotechnologies, Advanced Material and Production (NMP) programme targeting desalination. Projects should aim at developing pilot plants demonstrating the low energy consumption – ie start at Technology Readiness Level 4-5.
